- 70 g Bahçıvan Soft Feta Cheese
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of oat bran
- ½ banana
- 1 bowl of frozen blueberries
- 1 dessert spoon of finely ground almonds
- 4-5 blueberries
Rinse the mix of blueberries, soft feta cheese and milk.
Add the remaining materials and rinse them again until they become homogeneous.
