For dough:

  • 1 tea glass of warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 pack of instant yeast
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • White of 2 eggs (separate the yolk for the top)
  • 1/2 tea glass of yogurt
  • 1 tea glass of vegetable oil
  • 3 glasses of flour.

For Interlayer:

  • 200 g Bahçıvan Labneh

For the top:

  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 75g Bahçıvan Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tea glass of chopped parsley

In a deep container, take warm milk, yeast and sugar and mix. Cover and wait for 8-10 minutes for the yeast to activate.

Add oil, egg white, yogurt and salt to the yeast and mix.

Add flour slowly and knead until a soft dough is formed.

Cover your dough with stretch film and let it ferment for 40-45 minutes.

After fermentation, take pieces the size of tangerines from the dough and roll them and place them on the tray. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Cook the dough on which you put egg yolk in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

When the pastries are warm, cut them into sandwiches in the middle and spread the labneh inside.

Serve the portion of labned with parsley and shredded mozzarella.
