- 150g Bahçıvan Shredded Mozzarella
- 3 slices of village bread
- 1 tablespoon of black sliced olives
- 2 dried tomatoes
- 4-5 green peppered olives
- 5-6 sheets of basil
- 1 cup of olive oil
Place the village bread on a tray with baking paper and lightly toast in the oven.
Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
Chop the dried tomatoes into tiny pieces and place them on the bread with the olives.
