  • 280 g Bahçıvan's String Cheese
  • 250 g Bahçıvan Butter
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 dessert spoon of basil
  • 1 pack of baking soda

Melt the butter, cool it, and place it in the mixing bowl.

Add egg and milk to the butter.

Prepare an earlobe-like dough by adding the remaining ingredients.

Cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

After removing it from the fridge, open it a half an inch thin with the help of a roller.

Place the dough in the tray by shaping it with a mold or a tea glass mouth.

Bake at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
